- Carrying out due diligence for real estate investment deals, encompassing diverse investment mediums such as loans, trusts, funds, and inter-corporate deposits.
- Assisting clients with rental and leasing matters, including negotiation, documentation, and agreement preparation.
- Representing clients in various litigation matters concerning real estate.
- Active representation of clients before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT).
- Providing strategic advice for real estate redevelopment projects.
- Facilitating companies in acquiring land for advanced logistics parks.
- Aiding companies in land acquisition for township developments and layout projects under diverse central and state government policies.
- Supporting companies in infrastructure projects, including road and bridge development, port projects, and power ventures.
- Offering insights on zoning, land usage, and relevant laws related to property construction and redevelopment.
- Advising on tax implications and tax-saving measures in coordination with tax law specialists.
- Consultation on stamp duty and property registration matters.
(RERA Specific):
- Assisting developers, property owners, and housing societies with RERA registration, guiding them through their duties, liabilities, necessary legal document amendments, and project structure modifications.
- Advising financial entities, like banks and NBFCs, on aspects of RERA, including mortgage enforcement, project structuring, and documentation.
- Providing guidance to real estate consultancies on their rights and obligations under RERA.
- Counselling allottees about their entitlements under RERA.
- Offering clients options for dispute resolution under RERA and representing them before RERA authorities and appellate boards.
